Welcome to Elevate Coaching. Before we begin our journey together, please review the following terms that outline our shared responsibilities. We believe clarity upfront allows us to focus entirely on your growth during our sessions.
01. Scope of Coaching
Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance, accountability, and strategic insight. While we bring our highest level of professional expertise to every session, the implementation and ultimate results depend entirely on your dedication and effort. We do not guarantee specific financial or personal outcomes.
02. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is paramount. Any personal information, session notes, or business data shared during our engagements remains strictly confidential. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties under any circumstances. Session recordings are only kept with your explicit written consent.
03. Rescheduling & Refunds
Consistency is key to achieving your goals. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited from your package. Refund requests for ongoing packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Simply put: We know life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, just communicate with us as soon as possible. Our goal is your progress, not penalizing you for being human. If you're not fully satisfied with our first session, we'll refund your investment, no questions asked.
04. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, and materials provided during our sessions are the intellectual property of Elevate Coaching. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed for commercial gain without explicit written permission.
